On the faculty of advocacy first in all history of existence of the National university the “Odessa law academy” took place “Fair of vacancies”. The problem of employment sharply enough costs 4-5 courses before graduating students. A “fair of vacancies” is a new format of measure in our university, that was organized with the purpose of enabling to the students realization itself as specialists in the field of jurisprudence, and similarly acquaintances of them with a labour-market. In a fair took place more than 100 representatives of faculty of advocacy, among that not only graduating students but also students.Employers were presented by the leading legal companies of Odesa, such as AO”АF Dominanta”, YF”Prime Juris”, Legal-consulting company “De jure”, AF ” Collection”, and others.Students and graduating students could become familiar with activity of the presented companies, obtain information about present vacancies and open programs on employment, from the first mouths to obtain information, to what it is necessary to be ready to the potential worker and which prospects of career advancement are.
Within the framework of measure employers were able to become acquainted with students, conduct interview on questions of law and pick up to itself suitable candidates on internship.
The point of view of companies-partners, our students show the high level of professionalism, creative solutions of the decision of the put tasks, that is, in turn, by confirmation of the high rating of our university.
Certainly, not all visitors of this fair were determined with the future place of work, but on the reviews of both employers and students, graduating students such meeting have a positive effect.
